The secretary general of Junts, Jordi Turull, criticized the president of the Generalitat, Salvador Illa, on Tuesday for not considering attending the Conference of Presidents to "raise his voice" and demand investment for Catalonia and, instead, for wanting to act as Pedro Sánchez's "butler."
