A third Ayuso government official has been charged with deaths in nursing homes during the pandemic.

Dr. Antonio Burgueño, former health advisor to the Community of Madrid and responsible for drafting the regional government's "shock plan," will also testify as a suspect next Monday in Madrid's Investigative Court No. 3 in the case of those who died in nursing homes during the COVID pandemic, according to Efe.
