The UCO submits the Cerdán and Servinabar contract to the Supreme Court: it purchased 45% of the stake for 6,000 euros.

The UCO (Central University of Catalonia) has submitted to the Supreme Court the contract by which former PSOE organizational secretary Santos Cerdán purchased 45% of Servinabar's shares for €6,000. It was dated February 1, 2016, and signed by Cerdán and businessman Joseba Antxón Alonso Egurrola.
