The Spanish government opposes the Supreme Court in suspending the vote of the children of those nationalized under the 'grandchildren law'

The State Advocacy, on behalf of the Spanish government, has filed a brief with the Supreme Court opposing the suspension of the vote for children of those naturalized through the Democratic Memory Law. It is a request made by Iustitia Europa and Vox, who drove this legal battle, as well as Hazte Oír.
