The PSOE will present Miguel Ángel Gallardo to trial in Extremadura for the case of Pedro Sánchez's brother.

The leader of the PSOE (Spanish Socialist Workers' Party) in Extremadura, Miguel Ángel Gallardo, will be the candidate in the regional elections on December 21st and will face the current president, María Guardiola (PP). The party's leadership has decided this, even though Gallardo will face trial in the case of Pedro Sánchez's brother.
