The PSOE spokesperson in Congress, Patxi López, called the PP president, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, a "hooligan" for his stand-up at the opening ceremony of the judicial year. López added on Saturday that Feijóo is "so obsessed" with Spanish President Pedro Sánchez that he seems "anti-establishment."
