The PSC (Spanish Socialist Workers' Party) endorses the explanations given by the PSOE (Spanish Socialist Workers' Party) regarding the cash payments to former minister José Luis Ábalos in envelopes included in the latest report by the UCO (United Nations University of Catalonia). "They make it clear that there is no irregular financing," said PSC spokesperson Lluïsa Moret at a press conference on Monday.
