ValenciaIdentify all individuals who participated in the meeting of the Integrated Operational Coordination Center (Cecopi) on October 29 and clarify when the meeting was held exclusively in person by decision of the Emergency Department headed by former Minister of the Interior and Justice Salomé Pradas. This is the new request that the Valencia Provincial Prosecutor's Office has forwarded to the judge investigating the DANA case, which was made public this Wednesday.

In a document obtained by Efe, the Prosecutor's Office has requested the full names and positions of the members of Cecopio when the meeting was held at 5:00 p.m. It also seeks to know which specific officials attended in person (those from the Generalitat) and which attended remotely (those from the Spanish government delegation, the Júcar Hydrographic Confederation (CHX), Aemet, and other state agencies).

With the same aim of resolving the many unknowns that still exist regarding the delay in decision-making on the 29th and, especially, during the Cecopio meeting, the PSPV has also requested from the Consell a copy of all communications with the CHX and their acknowledgment of receipt. The Socialist spokesperson in Les Corts, José Muñoz, made the request after the judicial declaration of the former number 2 of Emergencies Emilio Argüeso was known, in which he acknowledged that there were emails sent to the Cecopio that remained unread despite the fact that since the day of the catastrophe the Generalitat has reported an alleged.

"I received the alarm when my husband was already dead."

As has been the case for weeks, this Wednesday, relatives of victims of the DANA (Dana flood) returned to the City of Justice in Valencia to explain how they lost their loved ones. Among them were the wife and son of Ángel Belencoso, who died trying to get his car out of the garage to Catarroja, and María Ángeles Martínez, wife of Miguel Manuel Bonilla, who drowned trying to prevent water from entering their house, located next to the Poio ravine in Paiporta.

Salvador Beloncoso stated that the mobile phone alert came "an hour after" his father disappeared. He also explained that his father died when the "wave" that caused the ravine to overflow its banks arrived. Regarding the judge, her questions focused on what happened on the 29th and whether they called 112 for help.

For her part, Martínez has described the arrival of the water and mud as "a giant wave, a "tsunami that came suddenly and knocked down all the doors and walls." She has also confirmed that her husband drowned because he stayed on the ground floor of the house. She emphasized that they received him when her husband "was already dead." She has also complained about the delay in receiving help and explained that the members of the Military Emergency Unit, after trying to access the garage and being unable to, told her that if her husband was inside dead they could no longer make them look for him and that "
