The Prosecutor's Office urges the Badajoz Court to close the case the case against David Sánchez, brother of the Spanish president, for his employment at the Badajoz Provincial Council, because it sees no evidence of criminality. The Public Prosecutor's Office believes it is "absurd" to prolong a case that is "doomed to failure."
