"The worst tariff is the 15 local taxes." This was the clear statement made by the PP spokesperson in the Parliament, Juan Fernández, in a press conference prior to the meeting with several regional justice ministers, one of them José Antonio Nieto of Andalusia, Secretary of State for Security during the October 1st referendum.
