The head of the Ripoll Local Police sues the City Council for not recognizing his inspector category

The head of the Ripoll Local Police, Francesc Campayo, has sued the City Council for not recognizing his professional category of inspector nor the corresponding salary, even though he has been exercising it for nine months and meets the requirements to access the position he won in a competition.
