The Government says the minor reception system is "strong", in the midst of the Ceuta crisis

The Minister of Social Rights and Inclusion, Raúl Moreno, highlighted this Monday that the Government will collaborate with the Spanish executive and will do what is "appropriate" in the reception of minors who may be assigned to it due to the crisis in Ceuta. In fact, he described the Catalan reception system as "strong".
