The Executive Council appointed this Tuesday the delegate from Portugal, Rui Reis, who has led this delegation since 2019. The executive also appointed the delegate from Southeast Europe, Alexandre Fernández, who previously worked in the Economic and Commercial Office of the Spanish Embassy in Turkey.
