The Government agrees with the Commons to raise the tax on property transfers for large holders

The Government has agreed with the Communes to create two new brackets in the tax on property transfers so that buyers of flats worth more than 900,000 euros pay more in these transactions. It also increases the tax on large holders and on the purchase of entire buildings, up to 20% of their value.
