The Generalitat's legal department confirms that it verbally endorsed a lockdown on the day of the DANA storm.

The judge presiding over the DANA case has summoned the former Undersecretary of Justice and the coordinator of the Generalitat's legal department during the tragedy as witnesses. The magistrate made this decision because she believes there are "contradictions" between a report from the Generalitat's legal department and the testimony of Mazón's former chief of staff.
