The European Commission has reminded the Bilingual School that it has no jurisdiction over educational or linguistic matters. However, the organization, made up of former representatives of Ciutadans (Citizens), has repeatedly raised the issue of language immersion in Catalonia before the European Parliament's Petitions Committee.
