The DANA judge has denied the request to indict the president of the Júcar Hydrographic Confederation, Miguel Polo, following his recent testimony as a witness. This request was made by the Valores party, which represents lawyer Juan Ramón Chapapría, a close associate of former President Francisco Camps.
