The CUP has denounced the Catalan Water Agency (ACA), the City Council of Santa Susanna (Maresme) and its mayor, Joan Campolier, for the alleged "conscious" and unauthorized dumping into the sea of groundwater from the Pla de Balasco works, which the farmers in the area are demanding be stopped.
