The CUP considers the agreements for the transfer of commuter rail services and the delegation of immigration powers to Catalonia to be "smoke." This was stated by CUP MP Laia Estrada, who believes these transfers "aren't real," nor, in her opinion, is the agreement for the new one-off financing.
