The Court of Auditors orders the family of the former Director General of Labor of Andalusia to pay 68,000 euros in the ERE case.

The Court of Auditors has ordered the family of the former Director General of Labor of Andalusia, Francisco Javier Guerrero, to pay €68,000 in connection with the regional EREs (labor reduction plans) involving social and labor benefits, which affected the PSOE (Spanish Socialist Workers' Party). Guerrero died, and his family will be subject to the fine.
