The Constitutional Court will not address the appeal for protection of constitutional rights against the amnesty law filed by former President Carles Puigdemont, as well as by former ministers Lluís Puig and Toni Comín, until September. On Tuesday, the full court will assume jurisdiction to rule on the appeal.
