The Constitutional Court plans to resolve Puigdemont's appeal on amnesty before the end of the year

The Constitutional Court will address the appeals of the Government of 1-O against the Supreme Court's refusal to grant them amnesty on next September 22. And the forecast is that before the end of the year it will issue the ruling that should allow the return of Carles Puigdemont to Catalonia in freedom.
