The Belgian Supreme Court has definitively dismissed the lawsuit against Judge Pablo Llarena by former President Carles Puigdemont and former ministers Toni Comín, Clara Ponsatí, and Meritxell Serret for allegedly violating their right to the presumption of innocence in the context of the Process case.
