The Basque government regrets the "resounding no" of the Spanish government to new transfers of powers

The Minister of Governance and spokesperson for the Basque government, Maria Ubarretxena, said this Tuesday in an interview with Radio Vitoria that negotiations for new transfers of powers "are not going well" and that they have received "a resounding no" from the Spanish executive to their proposals.
