The Basque Country agrees with the Spanish government on the transfer of five new powers

The Basque Country has reached an agreement with the Spanish government to transfer five new powers, under which the Basque Country will assume responsibility for unemployment benefits, non-contributory family benefits from Social Security, Maritime Rescue, School Insurance and the Machinery Verification Center in Barakaldo.
