The Barcelona Court has denied amnesty to four young pro-independence activists who demonstrated against the Spanish police union Jusapol in September 2018 when it was paying tribute to its colleagues who had acted on October 1st, and a counter-demonstration by the CDR (Republican Workers' Commissions) sparked riots.
