Tezanos will appeal to the Constitutional Court regarding the fine for the survey on Sánchez's five days of reflection.

The president of the CIS (Spanish National Electoral Commission), José Félix Tezanos, will appeal to the Constitutional Court the fine for conducting a survey with questions about Pedro Sánchez's five days of reflection during the Catalan election campaign without informing the Electoral Board. The fine has already been upheld by the Supreme Court.
