The former number three of the PSOE, Santos Cerdán, appeared this Wednesday before the commission investigating the Koldo case in the Parliament of Navarre. "I reserve my opinion on Pedro Sánchez," he stated at one point during his appearance. "I will prove my innocence," he insisted at another.
