Spanish President Pedro Sánchez described the agreement between the People's Party (PP) and Vox on the Valencian Community budget this Saturday as the "El Ventorro Pact" at the closing ceremony of the PSIB-PSOE congress. In his view, they have a "roadmap" to impose throughout Spain, built on a "denialist majority."
