Pedro Sánchez wasn't scheduled to return to Congress until July, but the Spanish Prime Minister has finally informed the parliamentary groups that he will attend this Wednesday's scrutiny session. The Socialist leader will confront him following the outbreak of the Santos Cerdán case.
