The President of the Generalitat (Catalan Government), Salvador Illa, defended this morning the cancellation of the FLA as an "act of justice" and a "necessary step" for the "common good" of the autonomous regions and Spain. During a breakfast briefing in Valencia, Isla described it as a "necessary and supportive" decision.
