Rull warns that the amnesty will not resolve "the underlying issue" nor "the yearning" of 1-O: "We will have to talk about it in depth again"

The President of the Parliament, Josep Rull, has warned that the "unreserved" application of the amnesty "does not resolve the underlying issue" nor "the yearning" that led to organizing the 1st of October in 2017. "We will have to talk about it again in depth and with consequences," Rull warned.
