Rull sends a letter to Marlaska to ask for explanations for the police aggression against a Barça fan

The President of the Parliament, Josep Rull, sent a letter this Monday to the Minister of the Interior, Fernando Grande-Marlaska, to convey his "indignation" and ask for explanations for the assault by National Police agents on a Barça fan who was carrying an estelada and was a minor.
