Prison service proposes Bárcenas enjoys two six-day permits

The prison service has proposed that the ex treasurer of the PP Luis Bárcenas enjoy two six-day permits , a decision that still has to be ratified by the Court of penitentiary surveillance, as reported to Europa Press.
