PNB calls on the State to recognise the Basque Country and Catalonia as nations, a bilateral relationship and a system of guarantees

The PNB president, Andoni Ortuzar, has called on the State to recognise Catalonia and the Basque Country as nations, a bilateral relationship and a system of guarantees to resolve conflicts "through dialogue". These are the pillars to build "a new status" for Euskadi and Catalonia.
