Óscar Puente, on Cercanías: "We are improving"

Transport Minister Óscar Puente urged "calm" regarding commuter rail and a gradual improvement of the service with the Generalitat (Catalan government) in an interview with Efe this Saturday. In his opinion, more investment cannot be made without halting the service. "The figures tell us we're improving," he said.
