Morocco, on the return of the migrants from Ceuta: "If they have not returned, one must ask Spain"

The Moroccan Foreign Minister, Nasser Bourita, reaffirmed this Thursday before Spanish Minister José Manuel Albares his country's "clear" position in favor of the return of the migrants who entered Ceuta in July. And he has held Spain responsible for the delay of this return.
