Montero stresses that only 20% of minimum wage earners will have to pay taxes

The Minister of Finance, María Jesús Montero, has confirmed her decision that some of the minimum wage earners will have to pay personal income tax. In a press conference in Seville, however, she stressed that only 20% will have to do so, basically single people without dependent children.
