The president of the Diputació de València, Vicent Mompó, told the judge investigating the management of the dana that he does not recall that on the day of the catastrophe the mayor of Torrent, Amparo Folgado, warned him at 6:38 p.m. about the critical situation of the Poio ravine and its tributaries.
