A member of the Valencian People's Party (PP) is running as an alternative to Feijóo.

José Luis Bayo, a member of the People's Party (PP) in the Valencian Community, has announced that he will present an alternative candidate to Alberto Núñez Feijóo in the People's Party (PP) congress. Bayo is critical of Carlos Mazón's administration and already presented a pre-candidacy at the 2018 congress where Pablo Casado was elected.
