Junts will regain the mayoralty of Tàrrega after reaching an agreement with the CUP this Tuesday to move forward with a motion of no confidence against the municipal government of Esquerra and PSC. Thus, Rosa Maria Perelló will be the new mayor while the CUP member Laia Recasens will be the new first deputy mayor.
