ERC will present the bill for the new financing in Congress next Monday alone.

ERC president Oriol Junqueras announced this morning in an interview with SER Catalunya that the party will stand on its own two feet and file a bill in Congress next week to reform the legal framework so that the Generalitat collects all taxes gradually.
