ERC responds to the Tenants' Union stating that the increase in property tax must be "legally sound."

The Renters' Union has accused ERC of wanting to "modify" the decree law that raises the property transfer tax (ITP) and has warned that "the real estate lobby" could dismantle its content. ERC spokesperson in Parliament, Ester Capella, responded that it must have "legal strength."
