ERC spokesperson Isaac Albert has demanded that the president of the Generalitat, Salvador Illa, join forces with the Republicans to force the PSOE to move forward with the new financing model for Catalonia: "When we arrive in Madrid, the PSC disappears," Albert denounced in an interview with Efe.
