Catalans abroad will be able to obtain the idCAT Certificate with video identification

Catalans abroad can now obtain the idCAT Certificate with video identification without needing to travel” to any registration entity, by accessing the idecat.cat portal and selecting the option “register via video identification” by showing their identity document.
