Catalan PP criticises Salvador Illa's "appearance of normality" while there is a "dismantling of the State"

The secretary general of the Catalan PP, Santi Rodríguez, has criticised this Monday that "under an appearance of institutional normality" President Salvador Illa is the protagonist of "good news" such as the reception of the king at the Mobile World Congress, while "the dismantling of the State in Catalonia hovers overhead".
