Justice Minister Félix Bolaños believes that the fact that the leader of the PSOE in Extremadura, Miguel Ángel Gallardo, who is being prosecuted along with Pedro Sánchez's brother, maneuvered to obtain a seat in the Extremadura Assembly and, therefore, the necessary capacity, does not entail impunity.
