Singer Carlos Baute apologized this Monday for shouting "Get out the monkey!" in reference to the current president of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, during an event in Madrid featuring Venezuelan opposition leader and Nobel Peace Prize laureate María Corina Machado.
