Comuns MEP Jaume Asens and activist Sergio Toribio filed a complaint this Thursday in the National Court against Benjamin Netanyahu for the "violent interception" of the Madleen, one of the Freedom Flotilla ships as it attempted to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza.
