Álvaro García Ortiz has asked the Supreme Court to annul the judgment that disqualifies him for two years as Attorney General of the State for a crime of revealing secrets by Isabel Díaz Ayuso's partner. He maintains that it constitutes a "hijacking" when it comes to acting when the Prosecutor's Office is "seriously attacked".
